About Phoenix Lighting Partners
Locally operated, nationally backed. Architectural outdoor lighting designed for desert architecture and the year-round Phoenix outdoor living season.
Our Mission
Phoenix Lighting Partners was founded with a clear mission: to bring exceptional outdoor lighting to Arizona properties while understanding the unique challenges of desert architecture and the Sonoran climate.
The Phoenix Lighting Partners team serves Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Arcadia, and the wider Valley with year-round architectural lighting designed for the Sonoran climate. Our work is understated, desert appropriate, and built to withstand UV and monsoon weather without fading or failing.
As part of the Lighting Partners network, our Phoenix team combines a deep working knowledge of desert architecture and Sonoran climate with the engineering, supply chain, and warranty programs of an established national lighting brand. That pairing is rare in this market.
Affluent desert estates in Paradise Valley, DC Ranch, and Silverleaf, plus Scottsdale luxury retail, Camelback Corridor commercial, and Arcadia residential. Buyers favor restraint, warm whites, and architectural lighting that respects desert design. Multi-colored holiday displays read as out of place here; tasteful warm white and amber palettes match the landscape.
Built for Desert Properties
Phoenix Lighting Partners exists to bring architectural quality outdoor lighting to a region where outdoor living happens nearly every night of the year. The Phoenix metro is one of the most active outdoor entertainment markets in the country, and the lighting on a property should reflect that reality.
We invest in UV rated commercial grade materials because Sonoran sun destroys consumer lighting in a single season. We invest in crews trained on tile, adobe, stucco, foam, and parapet roofs because the wrong mounting method damages walls and is unfortunately common in this market. And we invest in design conversations because no two Paradise Valley or Scottsdale properties are alike.
Being part of the Lighting Partners network gives our local team access to engineered fixtures, color science, and warranty support that independent operators in the Valley cannot match.
We serve Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Arcadia, Biltmore, North Scottsdale, and the surrounding Maricopa County communities. If your property is in our service area, we would welcome the chance to design something for it.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Phoenix gets more than 290 sunny days a year and our UV index runs higher than most of the country. Lights and wire jackets that are not UV rated will yellow, crack, and fail within a single season. Every fixture, lens, and run of low-voltage wire we install is rated for prolonged direct sun. That is why our installs still look correct after multiple summers.
- Monsoon season runs roughly July through September and brings sudden microbursts, dust storms, and heavy rain. We use sealed junction boxes, IP-rated connectors, and stainless or coated fasteners on every install. Mounts are placed to avoid known runoff paths on tile, foam, and parapet roofs. The system is designed to ride out the storms without leaks or loose fittings.
- Yes. Our LED fixtures are rated for ambient temperatures well above the hottest summer day in Phoenix. They draw very little power and produce minimal heat. Many Paradise Valley and Scottsdale clients use the lighting nightly for entertaining throughout the summer.
- Adobe and stucco require specific mounting techniques that do not crack or weaken the finish. We use low-profile clips, structural adhesive systems where appropriate, and tile-safe mounts that hook under barrel and flat tile without drilling. Our crews are trained to install on every common desert architecture type, including parapet roofs, foam roofs, and concrete tile.
- Palm uplighting uses ground or in-ground fixtures aimed up the trunk to wash the trunk texture and the underside of the fronds. We use brass and stainless fixtures with sealed lenses rated for in-ground installs, with low-voltage wire buried below grade. Properly installed, a palm uplight set should run for ten years or more with minimal service.
- Our install season runs October through mid-December. Because we do not have snow or freezing weather, we can install slightly later than northern markets. We still recommend booking by early September to lock in your preferred install week. Takedown runs January.
