We are a locally operated franchise serving the Phoenix metro and Scottsdale with the backing of a national lighting network. Every community we serve gets the same commercial-grade, UV-rated fixtures, the same tile- and stucco-safe mounting, and the same warm-white desert-appropriate design standard. The Paradise Valley and Arcadia corridor is estate country at the base of Camelback and Mummy Mountain. Large rooflines, mature palms, ramadas, and pool decks are the norm. Arcadia adds historic adobe and ranch homes that need tile-safe and stucco-safe mounting, which is a core specialty of ours.

Our LED systems handle the summer heat with no issue. We plan install days around monsoon afternoons July-September.
Holiday booking deadline

Mild winters give us a longer install window than northern markets. Warm-white and amber programs go up.

We remove, service, and store holiday programs. Permanent systems stay up and shift to everyday scenes.

Local Climate and Install Notes
No snow or ice. Intense UV degrades consumer-grade lighting quickly. Monsoon season July through September brings sudden wind and rain, so junction boxes and fixtures must be sealed for outdoor rating. Mild winters allow a longer holiday install window than northern markets, October through December. Year-round outdoor entertaining culture makes permanent lighting the larger long-term opportunity.
Service Area FAQs
- Monsoon season runs roughly July through September and brings sudden microbursts, dust storms, and heavy rain. We use sealed junction boxes, IP-rated connectors, and stainless or coated fasteners on every install. Mounts are placed to avoid known runoff paths on tile, foam, and parapet roofs. The system is designed to ride out the storms without leaks or loose fittings.
- Our install season runs October through mid-December. Because we do not have snow or freezing weather, we can install slightly later than northern markets. We still recommend booking by early September to lock in your preferred install week. Takedown runs January.
- Yes. We handle Class A office, mixed use retail, resort, and hospitality properties from Camelback Corridor through Scottsdale Airpark and North Scottsdale. We work on annual contracts that cover holiday lighting, architectural accent lighting, and seasonal refreshes with overnight install windows where required.
- We serve the full Phoenix metro and Scottsdale area including Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Arcadia, Biltmore, North Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, Carefree, DC Ranch, Silverleaf, Gainey Ranch, Old Town Scottsdale, the Camelback Corridor, and Ahwatukee. - We work across the full commercial landscape in the Phoenix metro and Scottsdale: Class A and Class B office, resort and hospitality, mixed use and Old Town retail, master planned communities and HOAs, medical and healthcare campuses, and multi tenant blocks. Most engagements are annual contracts covering both year-round architectural lighting and seasonal holiday programs.
- Commercial clients sign an annual service agreement that locks in pricing, guarantees the install date ahead of the holiday window, and includes in-season service coverage. We invoice directly to property management, ownership entities, or HOA billing, and Net 30 terms are available for qualified accounts. Annual reviews include the option to refresh the architectural design.
- Yes. Overnight and off-hours install windows are standard on our commercial work. For office campuses, retail blocks, and resorts we coordinate access and timing through property management so tenants and guests never see the work in progress. This is one of the main reasons property managers move to us from general contractors.
- We do. Property managers and ownership groups with multiple buildings get portfolio pricing, one point of contact, a single coordinated install calendar, and consistent design standards across every property. Many of our commercial relationships start with one building and expand across the portfolio.
